had some phone calls and text msg, thanks
just to let you guys know, i'm safe atm. the fires have got to with in a kilometer from home but that was only a small one about a thousand acres. most of the bad ones around my area are the kinglake fires, but they are about 20 k's from home but have been as close as 10 k's and the wind was in the direction towards us but along distance, know of 6 familys that have lost homes but at this moment all are well.thank god for the wind change as the close one was coming up the gorge from south morang towards mernda and was getting close when the wind change came, it's not a good feeling when their's a copper at the end of the street not letting you go down the main rd(bridge inn rd)
