Great to see some of the old chassis, for some reason I thought Axtons car may have been even older and more of a "sedan" type car. Anyway good to see it, it looks like it's an early wing car chassis.

This is the last piano wire, brass and steel chassis wing car chassis I built before the advent of the first laser cut then later Steel EDM chassis.

This was raced in Sydney against the likes of Toby Lee, Greg Erskine, Wayne Bramble and the late John Fuga and Geoff Cowell. Toby Lee was close to being unbeatable

Power was courtesy of the 2nd generation of Camen motors after their Peanut motor.

This was a couple of years after the Dave Smith "Slotz Revival" era.

A ton of hours in it.
