Just trying to emphasise that we have A states and B states, this was an A state title.
Or it may have been a typo

Re: Bearing and magnet instal slugs
Not sure if this helps, but here is my method. If magents are prebonded I just use Les's parrallels. If I have unbonded segments that are repelling each other - say I have just dropped the bottom segment. I use a slug, cover it with grease amd then I use the jaws of a small shifter to clamp magent i...

Re: 72 gram g12 in al chassis?
Ace products have a comercially available alloy chassis, with front weights to get the car to 72G.
The U.S rules never specified materials.
With that said, no one in the U.S ever had any success with the alloy box 12 chassis.
Not sure what our rules say.

To put this in the right place Just to churn in, regardless of whether we have an amiga or pc, a power failure shuts it down hard. UPS should give us time to fix breaker issue on the mains http://www.expresspcparts.com.au/Items/ ... eld-1200va This unit - under $200, should keep a computer running f...

Yes Charles you should tell Ivan, the real question is when:
Choices are:
When cars are on the start line,
Monday after the race
maybe some time before the race

Re: Youtube Video of Racing at G&D in the Eighties!! Wow !!
I had seen the video before, dont think I was there for that race. I heard about it after it happened. I first raced on the track at Villawood sometime around 1970. The place folded a few months after the race and Geoff bougt the track. It was assembled when they were above Mick Simmons. I remember ...

Re: New DiFalco Genesis Controllers
On the difalco, there is a small electronic fuse, its purpose if for false hook up. The fuse is in the brake circuit. I found this to be cause of inconsistant brakes. Most people in the U.S replace this fuse with an auto blade device. I have done the same with mine. Blowing difalco transistors appea...

My difalco has the heatsink on the chokebox, which is down near the plug. The heatsink is not a complicated thing to move.

Geoff came second in the Grp 7 race, so he was there.
I was only there for Grp 7 so cant give much help for the other classes.
