Wing Racing at Hornsby
Ivan spoke to me about club racing at Hornsby - potentially monthly or bi monthly on saturday nights. I would preffer a G7 based race to a 27. I am happy to run, but dont want to run in a smash up derby. There are 2 things I would like to change and putting this out there for comment. Ist change, sp...

Re: HSC Retro Coupes Rnd 4
Yes, I had a body pin in the motor and the whole thing locked up. Dragged the Pin out but the motor never seemed to recover.
Did a few laps as the whole thing just slowed and then stopped.

Re: OMO setup
For where, might be a good question.
Low power, you can get away with less magnets.

Re: Revised Calendar
For me, I actually thought about going, but they have changed the body, now needing a coupe. Means I cant just turn up and race - I need to go to the track get a new body sometime before the race. Just have not had the time. One a month for a race is prob more sustainable than once every 2 weeks. I ...

Re: Lets construct an AUSTRALIAN class.
Still would like smaller front wheels - 750 is still usable on my wing car.

Re: Lets construct an AUSTRALIAN class.
I would like the front wheels a little smaller than 750, I have buckets of old front wheels I can use (rear wheels trimmed) but they are all too small by the time they have completed a race on the back of my wing car. Also the retro bodies (T122) really struggle with larger front wheels. Maybe .500 ...

Re: Is it retros this sat night
Not a good night for me, and I guess the only reason I made the final was based on the consi splits. If I had have been in the first consi I would have been marshling and Steve would have been driving. What went wrong, had the old car. Was happy with that and it was easy to drive. Built a new car th...

Re: Round 4 HSC CanAm 09
I liked driving hutch's full sidewinder at Parramatta, I think after a Matich race. Was the smoothest thing I had ever driven thur the esse's.
Also ran one in an enduro at Parramatta on the Pre-Villawood track.
Still remember those 2 balistic things at Chester Hill, Steven Anstis ran one.

Re: Marshalling. A Personal Point of View.
I agree with pete, generally, the first car that comes off you have automaticaally reached for, any subsquent cars will then be next. To change the process to which car was at fault will probably take time and be ultimately slower. The only other thing is to look for cars on the next lane when putti...
