1:24  Model Car 13D  (true-to-scale)

BODY
- Only ACE P001 Porsche 996 GT3-RS PET Body including all kit parts (two piece rear
  wing, rear vision mirror, windscreen wiper, exhaust pipes, head light insert) is to be
  used for the 2009 QLD 1/24 Porsche Cup.
- For club racing ACE 24961 Porsche 996 GT3-RS Lexan Body can be used. No other
  bodies are allowed.  
- Minimum body material thickness is .015”.
- Cut out and mounting of body has to reflect the actual 1:1 car.
- The presentation of the body (paint design, decals and additional detail parts) has to
   be as realistic as possible to a 1:1 car of this time.
- At least a two piece driver interior (vacuum formed with separate drivers head) is to   
   be used. Interior has to cover all windows. No chassis parts are allowed to be visible.
   

CHASSIS
- Only fully adjustable (wheelbase, width and ground clearance) Model Car Racing
  Chassis such as manufactured by Plafit, Motor Modern, Schoeler, M-Racing, Slot-
  vision, Metris, Solid , Race-Tec etc.
- Chassis has to be adjusted according to the body and its dimensions making sure
  that all wheels are covered by the body when viewed from above.
- All original mounting points and basic configuration must be retained.
- No chassis modifications other then within its design limits.
- Carbon or Aluminum replacement parts are allowed.
- No soldering permitted to hold motor into position. Only motor screws are to be used.
- Body tape may be used to hold lead wires in place.
- Additional weight may be added on top or around the chassis.


GROUND CLEARANCE
- 1.0mm under the entire chassis including gear.


FRONT AXLE
- Any 3mm. Independent front axles allowed


FRONT WHEELS
- Sakatsu Design Aluminum Wheels (2101, 2103, 2105) can be used.
- Sakatsu Brake Discs (2100) are to be used with these wheels.
- Plafit 8322 Aluminum Front Wheels can be used.
- 20mm 3D Wheel Inserts have to be used with these wheels.
- Any Hard Sponge Tires sealed or non-sealed can be used.
- Minimum tire and rim width is 7mm.
- Minimum tire diameter is 26mm.


REAR WHEELS
- Sakatsu Design Aluminum Wheels (2102, 2104, 2106) can be used.
- Sakatsu Brake Discs (2100) are to be used with these wheels.
- Plafit 8342 Aluminum Rear Wheels can be used.
- 20mm 3D Wheel Inserts have to be used with these wheels.
- Minimum tire and rim width is 13mm.
- Minimum tire diameter is 27mm. Plafit Black Magic Rear Tires (8441BM or 8442BM)
  are allowed only.
- Use of Goo and/or any other tire softener, liquids etc. is not allowed. Cleaning with
  Shellite only is permitted.


REAR AXLE
- 3mm solid steel only.
- Any 3mm axle oilite bushings or axle ball bearings can be used.


GEARS
- Any plastic 50 pitch spur gears for 3mm axles.


PINION
- Any 50 pitch plastic or brass.


MOTOR
- Only 13D  8636 Plafit Pointer Motor only.
- Original lettering “PLAFIT POINTER China” has to be visible.
- Sealed Motors are not to be opened or modified in any way.
- Any lead wire.
