BODY
- Only Mini-Z Hard Plastic Bodies and Body Kits as manufactured by Kyosho are   
  allowed to be used.  
- All body detail parts like mirrors, windscreen wipers, wings etc. have to be retained on
  the body at all times.
- The body holders (both sides and front) for the Kyosho display chassis can be
  removed and sanded. No other part of the body can be sanded, lightened or modified
  in any way.
- All wheel arches are not allowed to be sanded and/or widened.  
- A two piece driver interior (vacuum formed with separate drivers head) is to be used.
  Interior has to cover all windows and open cockpits. No chassis parts are allowed to
  be visible. Half sized interiors are allowed and rear window plus both rear side
  windows can be painted black from the inside.
- White body kits should be assembled decorated according to the 1:1 original of its
  type for all race events.
- There are 5 Race Car Classes :  Group C Sports Cars, GT Cars, Touring Cars
  Division 1 and Division 2, BMW Mini-Cooper. Please refer to the Kyosho Mini-Z Body
  Sets Classification List 2009.

CHASSIS
- Plafit Excel 1300 and Plafit Super24 1700 only.
- Chassis has to be adjusted according to the body and its dimensions, making
  sure that all wheels are covered by the body when viewed from above.
- Chassis set-up has to be done only within its design limits and only with the original
  accessories i.e. changing spring tension or the amount of chassis/body movement etc.
- All original mounting points and basic configuration must be retained.
- No chassis modifications other then within its design limits.
- No soldering allowed to hold motor into position. Only motor screws are to be used.
- Body tape or plastic strip may be used to hold lead wires in place.
- Guide Holder, longer 1303B can be used with the Excel Chassis.
- Plafit Excel Weight Plate Sets 1314 may be used.
- Other additional weight may be added as long as it is placed on top of the Chassis,
  Main Frame, Body H Frame or Side Body Holders.  
- Plafit Excel Fine Screw Sets 1313 may be used instead of standard screws.
- Flat body mounts can be used on both chassis in their intended position either as
  additional weight or for body mounting.
- Long Main Chassis Plates 1701B and 1701C can be used with the Super24 Chassis.
- Guide Holder, longer 1703B can be used with the Super24 Chassis.
- Chassis Stabilizer Set 1717A can be used with the Super24 Chassis.
- Traction Magnet 1716 only to be used with the Super24 Chassis.
- Nylon Guide Nuts can be used.
- Chassis blue-printing is allowed.



GROUND CLEARANCE
- 1.0mm under the entire chassis including gear measured on standard set-up board.
- 0.5mm under the entire chassis including gear measured on magnetic set-up board.



FRONT AXLE
- 3mm solid non-independent only.
- Oilite bushings or ball bearings, can be glued in place.



FRONT WHEELS
- Any 3mm axle diameter Aluminum Wheels. Minimum diameter including tire is 21mm.
- Minimum wheel/tire width is 8mm. No independent front wheels allowed.
- Any black tires, sponge or rubber.
- To retain true-to-scale appearance the wheel diameter is determined by the individual
  wheel arch size of the body used.


REAR WHEELS
- Any 3mm axle diameter Aluminum Wheels. Minimum diameter including tire is 22mm.
- Plafit Black Magic Sponge Tires and Plafit Rubber Tires (labelled) are allowed only.
- Use of Goo and/or any other tire softener, liquids etc. is not allowed. Cleaning with
  Shellite only is permitted.
- To retain true-to-scale appearance the wheel diameter is determined by the individual
  wheel arch size of the body used.



WHEEL INSERTS
- 3D Wheel inserts have to be used on all non-drilled Aluminum Wheels at all times.


REAR AXLE
- 3mm solid only.
- Oilite bushings or ball bearings, can be glued in place.


GEARS
- Any plastic 50 pitch spur gears for 3mm axles.


PINION
- Any 50 pitch plastic or brass.


MOTOR
- Only 13D Plafit 8636 Pointer Motor
- Original lettering “PLAFIT POINTER China” has to be visible.
- Sealed Motors are not to be opened or modified in any way.
- Any lead wire.
